Tongue out of cheek
Couple of things this week. First we took Isabelle to her first high-school (American) football game. Our brother-in-law, Bill, coaches a local high school team who were playing their local rivals. Isabelle was so well bundled that she decided to switch between watching the game and napping (she get's that from her grandad). She awoke to loud booing from our stands when extremely poor officiating meant that Bill's team lost the game in the very last second. Below is Tiffany and Isabelle before the game.
Second. This past Thursday was Thanksgiving Day. We are reminded of how grateful we are to have such a special little girl in our lives. Isabelle has brought so much joy into our home. The late nights and dirty diapers are well worth it when we get to see her cheeky smile and babbling coos. We wonder what she will be like as she grows up, for me, I know that if she can but assume even half of Tiffany's attributes she'd be just fine! I am so thankful for Tiffany and Isabelle and hope that I can be the husband and father they deserve.
Now what's there not to love about this face?
